Spring into the Rockhill Filling Station!

Located in the small town of Perkasie, PA, The Rockhill Filling Station has taken on its new and exciting spring menu. Along with many other exciting things like Rabbit Pie, Exotic burgers, special menus for Cinco De Mayo, and of course, a special Mother’s Day menu. However, these are just a few of the upcoming specials. The owners, John and Yvette Greenwood, and Michelle Forbes are excited to get their new menu out for everyone to enjoy. 

The one thing that keeps everything going you ask? It’s the love for food. Two of the three owners, John and Michelle graduated from the Buck County Community College Culinary Arts program. Ever since then, Michelle and John have been working in the industry. Yvette runs the front of house, working with customers and the waitstaff while John and Michelle cook in the kitchen along with other team members. When one of their waitresses, Chloie Brion was asked about working there, she said “The owners are incredibly nice and have our best intentions…also, I always have great dinners!” Along with the customers who eat there for dinner as well. When John was asked about switching up the menus seasonally, he said “We love to create new dishes and it’s a fun way to spice things up every so often.” Not to mention, it’s the best way to get the freshest ingredients when they’re in season.
