Gray’s Anatomy was broadcasted on ABC and was created by Shonda Rhimes. The show is well known for its diverse cast with strong female influences and roles such as Dr. Miranda Bailey. Through the years, Gray’s Anatomy has gone through many cast changes. Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey, and Chandra Wilson are very well-known actors and actresses in the show. There are many storylines that continue to keep fans hooked such as the hospital shooting, Dr. Pierce saying goodbye to her mom as she died of cancer, and Derek and Merideth having an affair while Derek was still married to Addison. Some storylines pile up on top of each other, and there has never been a boring episode.” She has over seven years of watch time with this show, watching since 2015.
Gossip Girl is another popular show among teenagers as well as adults. The show was developed by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage. Gossip Girl is about a mysterious blogger that reveals secrets about teens in the Upper East Side, NY. Sophia Toxter is a Gossip Girl fan that was willing to answer questions about why Gossip Girl was her favorite show. “The best season was Season 2. I would say this because everyone was getting ready to graduate and it was interesting to see what their choices were in them going on their paths. Plus, there were love interest dramas between the main characters which kept the show lively.” Gossip Girl is able to show many teens what life has to offer as well as being able to let adults relive their teenage years by watching the show. The show is dramatic bringing many romances throughout the show attracting a largely female audience but still being enjoyable and entertaining for male watchers.
