Easy Summer Fruit Dip!

During this time of social distancing and staying at home, it is very easy to fall back into unhealthy habits. I don’t know about you, but I always find myself wandering to the pantry whenever I am bored. Over the past few weeks, I have been focusing on healthy eating at home, and, with the summer months coming up, we are getting ready for swimsuit season! So, I am going to share one of my favorite homemade recipes. One of my favorite things to snack on is fruit. This is especially true in the summer because fruit in our area is the sweetest at this time! The only thing that makes fruit better is a nice fruit dip! It is so easy and takes only three ingredients! My favorite things to eat with this dip is cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple, blackberries, and even watermelon! It isn’t super healthy, but it is a fun way to spice up some classic fruit.

Ingredients:

1 block (8 oz)  of cream cheese

1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme

Cinnamon

Directions:

Add the cream cheese and marshmallow creme to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes or until well combined and creamy. Then, sprinkle some cinnamon on top, to taste. Enjoy!
