The W1 chip uses sensors to tell when each pod is in an ear, and will play automatically play music after the chip tells the pod that it is in an ear. This hyped up product went on the shelves on March 20th, 2019, less than two months ago. People initially thought that the new AirPods would be the best of the best. Consumers believed that these were going to have better sound quality and overall better looks than the original AirPods. They were quickly fooled when Apple released the specs of the new AirPods that were identical to the originals. If you have the original AirPods, you can purchase the wireless charging case by itself for $79.99. The new AirPods feature a new H1 chip that adds more talk time, faster connection to your iPhone, and you can even get Siri without even touching your phone. After setting up “Hey Siri” in settings, you can use that with the AirPods to quickly send a text, make a call, or even search the web. These hands free settings are a great addition to the new AirPods. It is even better that they kept the price the same. “I haven’t heard of any problems with them.  I have not personally had any problems when I use them.” Samuel Pellegrino said. AirPods are very beneficial to people that want a sleek design that produces great sound quality, but are only for the people that want to spend the money to get ANOTHER pair of headphones.
