The Super Bowl always delivers as a great game, but that’s not the only reason America was watching.
Now, who wouldn’t want to be a part of the Super Bowl? If there was a wrong answer it would be anyone and everyone. With all those eyes on the screen, it gives companies a great chance to win over some potential customers. It’s actually so likely that a company will find a new customer in a Super Bowl viewer, that being said the price for just one ad is $7 million. Yes, that number is right, $7 million. That’s over 230,000 dollars every second. Companies aren’t just doing it for the customers either, most Super Bowl ads hope to shine a positive light on themselves or make an ad that people will talk about. We asked people if they had a memorable Super Bowl ad and the most popular response was the odd and unique Mountain Dew Kickstart ad in 2016. Even to this day, people are talking about it, making those millions of dollars, worth every penny.

And oh, by the way, the first-ever hip-hop rap program smashed last year’s viewer turnout. Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar lit up America with a stunning halftime show. AJ Pliszka let us know how excited he was for the performance saying, “yes, I listen to Kendrick Lamar; he is my favorite artist.” Also, Emily Boyer was excited to see familiar faces at the Superbowl “I know Eminem and Kendrick Lamar. I listen to “Humble” by Kendrick Lamar and “Slim Shady” by Eminem.”The halftime show is one of the biggest attractions of the Super Bowl each year. The main event, however, will always hold as the true king of entertainment. Bengals, Rams, and a whole lot of tension. 100,000 people watching in the stadium at a chance to witness history. The average ticket price is $9,086 which some might say is a tad bit overpriced, but if you want the experience, go for it. According to our polls, the Bengals were favored by less than ten percent. Of course, it was a close game, but it came down to great players making great plays.
