Skyroast Coffee Doylestown

Skyroast coffee, located in the heart of Doylestown is a great place to stop for a snack. Their own fresh roasted coffee, Italian- style espresso drinks, and locally baked toast and pastries will not disappoint. We had the chance to try out Skyroast and it left the Starbucks down the street wondering where their customers went!

Their drink menu has all of the gourmet options you could imagine. From macchiatos and cappuccinos to espresso milkshakes and affogato; they have it all! To complement the drinks, Skyroast also has a variety of toasts, croissants, and sandwiches. Customers can top off the toasts with peanut butter, avocado, jelly, and more. If guests want a drink to wash down their snack but aren’t into coffee, they aren’t to worry. Colorful teas line the shop and won’t disappoint!

The shop itself is very cute. Abbie said, “I was surprised by the size. I thought it would be larger on the inside with more indoor seating. There was not a lot of room to move if it were crowded. However, it was a really cute area of Doylestown I haven’t been to as much as others.”

When it came down to what we wanted to order Emily said, “I was staring at the menu for a while when I decided to ask the employee what she recommended. I said I liked my coffee iced and on the sweeter side. The barista was quick to list a couple options I might like and was super helpful!”

We decided to order the Snowy Plover (sparkling Americano with maple syrup and whipped cream) and an Iced Maple Latte. Mrs. Iannetta also tagged along and tried the Iced Tea.

Abbie had never had an Americano or a coffee drink with sparkling water! She said, “It was okay; if I go back I would want to try the espresso over ice cream or an iced latte, but I’m glad I tried something new!”

Emily knew after the first sip, she had made the right decision. “They put the latte in a blender so it was frothy at the top which was a nice touch! It did have three shots of espresso in it and I got the jitters during my AP Environmental Science test! However, I would definitely get this drink again!”

Mrs. Iannetta loved her tea! She said, “It was too late for me for coffee; I already had too much that day, but I love tea, especially iced tea! I would definitely go back!” Mrs. Iannetta also got a mini cinnamon roll to go with her tea. “It was a perfect snack size, super yummy,” she said.

Overall, Skyroast was a great cafe to try and we all can’t wait to go again! We would collectively rate this shop a 4 out of 5! Go try it out!
