Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl is a cookie company that has gone viral on TikTok. Their large, cake- like cookies with crazy flavors are unbelievable. To keep customers on their toes, Crumbl comes out with four new flavors every Sunday night. Those new flavors are then posted and exclusive to the week ahead. Of course, they have their staple cookies on rotation, like the Chilled Sugar Cookie and Chocolate Chip Cookie, for customers who like a consistent cookie.

After I saw thousands of people hyping up Crumbl cookies on TikTok, I knew I needed to give them a try. Crumbl has 150 locations around the country, but the closest location to Perkasie, Pennsylvania is Rockville, Maryland. The thought definitely crossed my mind about a road trip to Crumbl, but the shipping option looked a little more promising.

The cookie selection online is more limited than the ones available in store. The week we bought them they had eight flavors to choose from: Milk chocolate chip, S’mores, M&M, Peanut butter chocolate chip, Hazelnut churro, Butterfinger, Circus Animal, and Oatmeal chocolate chip.

I called my friends up and asked if they wanted to help taste test and of course, they said yes! We ordered six cookies, collectively deciding to pass on the M&M and Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. They were delivered in three days.

When the cookies arrived, they were each individually packaged in plastic bags and the box was filled with packing peanuts. The box included a note that said best served warm, so we popped them into the oven, and they were quickly ready to eat!

The Review:

Milk chocolate chip-

This cookie had the perfect amount of chocolate chips melted throughout the inside. The large milk chocolate chips were actually almost too sweet. Semi-sweet chips or dark chocolate may have been a better combination. Rate: 8/10

S’mores-

This cookie included a glob of marshmallow on the top of the cookie. It was a good cookie, but the specific S’mores flavor was missing. There was no graham cracker flavor and the marshmallow could have been spread more generously on top. Rate: 7.5/10

Peanut butter chocolate chip-

This was a warm peanut butter cookie filled with gooey milk chocolate chips. It was rich in flavor and extremely sweet. Rate: 9/10

Circus Animal-

This cookie was almost too pretty to eat! It had mini, round sprinkles throughout the cookie, frosting, and an animal cracker on top. We decided not to heat this one up in the oven, which I think was the right choice. It tasted like a fancy cake cookie. It was fluffy and very crumbly. Rate: 7/10

Hazelnut churro-
This was a smooth, cinnamon sugar-coated cookie that was soft and mushy. It melted in your hands as you ripped it open. It tasted similar to a snickerdoodle. Rate: 8/10

Butterfinger-

This was very strong on the peanut butter flavor. It was delicious but was missing some of the Butterfinger textures and flavors. The peanut butter was very overpowering. Rate: 8.5/10
